Today I have spent my day outside sanding this batch of work.

I need to get the orders out in the post next week, so there was no choice but to don my hat and scarf and head out to sand them, ready to start glazing tomorrow.

I can’t complain

After wonderfully busy weekend the kiln is loaded again and ready to fire this week - just waiting on 3 little spoons.

This firing will include a small batch of black porcelain pieces - always a joy to play with this material - as I am getting ready
