Description of Goods & Services:

I am a ceramics designer & maker, selling my pottery to the public via my website, other online platforms, from my studio, to a selection of independent shops and galleries, and at a small number of local events.

All my work is individually made by hand and therefore each piece varies slightly in final shape and size, giving them that wonderful uniqueness that is so hard to find on the high street today. All images, product descriptions and dimensions are approximate and may vary.

Payments:

All transactions are in £ Sterling. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are taken via Stripe, Paypal or Apple Pay.

Delivery:

I aim to dispatch all online orders within 3-5 working days, however, due to the nature of handmade items at times there may be delays. I will contact you if dispatch will take longer than 10 working days with an estimated delivery dates. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. I will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones, however, if your order cannot be fulfilled I will contact you to discuss an alternative product or arrange a full refund.

Important information for customers from outside EU countries: If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns:

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for some reason you require a refund, please email me within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. I carefully check and package all items, but if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact me on studio@pennyspoonerceramics.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph clearly showing the damage to the item, along with the packaging.

Please note that used or customer-damaged items, and all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged (statutory rights not affected).

Product care:

All my work is handmade and, if handled with care, should last many years. All tableware is dishwasher safe (top shelf) and microwave safe, however, careful handwashing is recommended for particularly fine pieces, vases and tea lights.
