A completely unique piece, I have thrown this large pink porcelain bowl especially for this vintage ladle that I found in an antique shop last year. Sitting alone on the shelf, it was crying out for a new use, and unusually it had this beautiful pink & blue floral pattern that I knew would look perfect alongside my Watercolour Rose pink glaze.

I cut out a small notch in the side of the bowl for the ladle to sit comfortably in the bowl. I can think of so many different uses for this set - serving soup, fruit salad, stir fry dishes, sauces, various puddings - but it looks lovely just as it is too!
